Our cats, dogs, guinea pigs and rabbits are hoping to meet their fur-ever families at these Sunday events from 10 a.m. to noon at 10421 Woodman Road.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Furbish Thrift and the William A. Harrison Jr. Foundation any dogs who are already spayed or neutered are ready to go home with their adopters the same day with just a $10 adoption fee. The wonderful Henrico Humane Society and shelter volunteers will be at the ready to help community members learn about the pets they meet at the event.

To adopt a pet, you must:
- Be 18 or older
- Have a valid photo ID
- Pay an adoption fee (which varies based on the pet's spay/neuter status)

*You do not have to be a resident of Henrico to adopt a pet from our shelter!
