Disciple Jiu-Jitsu is hosting a free self-defense seminar for girls and women ages 13 and up.

This seminar is designed to give women practical tools to stay safe, create distance from an attacker, and escape dangerous situations. Participants will learn simple, effective techniques based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that can be applied in real-world situations.

No experience is required and women of all fitness levels are welcome.

We are also partnering with Carey Counseling Center, who will be present to offer support and resources for women who have experienced emotional or physical trauma. Their team will provide information, conversation, and guidance toward safe support systems for anyone who may need it.

Our goal is to create a safe environment where women can build confidence, learn practical self-defense skills, and connect with supportive members of the community.
