Watch, as the intense heat of the oven floor pushes geysers of steam through the bubbling cheese, hear the pop and crackle of the fire as it cooks your pizza-base to perfection, smell the rosemary as it imparts its unique character to your oven-roast veg, feel the crispy bits of your pizza-base surrender to your eager teeth, taste the perfect partnership of Cave-Aged Cheddar and melting chunks of chorizo, the unique subtely of the melting goats cheese harmonising with the sweet peppers and caramelised shallots...you get the picture!'
