As we journey towards the turning of the year, we’ll take this time to let our hearts & bodies ​move with the challenges, opportunities & gifts that 2025 has ​p​resented us ~ & we’ll call upon ​our courage & creativity to give form, movement & breath to our individual & collective vision for 2026. 5 Rhythms dance, Somatic Experiencing in Movement & Stillness Meditation will be our ​practices & our moving bodies will guide our way home as we dance, ​vision, commune & rest in the spirit of friendship & nourishment. Following a delicious banquet, we’ll cross the threshold into 2026 with a powerful fire ​ceremony combining silence​ with celebration. Held in the sweet grasp of the ancient Avalon energy at our ​magical sanctuary Sambogaya, we will embrace the ​spirit of peace that ​W​inter offers us, while reawakening our bodies to the creative art of resourceful movement. Fed by spring water & housing a sauna, ice bath, outdoor temple and underfloor heated dance studio, Sambogaya sits at the foot of Chalice Hill, a short walk ​from the Chalice Well, the White Spring & the vibrant town centre.
