What to Expect

Guided Meditation
We begin with calming, somatic guided meditation to help settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and ease you into a state of presence and relaxation.

Sound Bath
You’ll then be immersed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments. The layered sounds create a deeply restorative experience that supports rest, energetic balance, and emotional calm.
