Through Somatic Activated Healing, we will move what has been stored in the body -the fatigue, the unspoken expectations, the invisible weight of always being the strong one. We will shake it up, soften it, and create space.

We will close the evening with Reiki and sound where you will be supported & replenished.
This is an evening of pouring back into yourself.  
You are worthy of being nurtured.

And you will leave adorned with a handmade Reiki-infused gemstone bracelet ~a wearable reminder that you deserve to be cherished.
