Imbolc Dinner

Join us here at The Middlewick, for a celebration of new Life, Fire and Light.

Imbolc literally means "in the belly" and refers to the growth of new life in the womb. This sabbat honours the first signs of new life following the winter solstice. This day also honours Brigid, an Irish goddess of fire and fertility.

Enjoy a delicious 3-course menu, thoughtfully crafted by Chef Elliott, with each dish reflecting the spirit of Imbolc and the Season.

Imbolc is celebrated in the Pagan calendar, The Wheel of the Year and is one of Eight Sabbats.

It is the day halfway between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox.
Signalling the end of the dark days and the beginning of longer days. The ground is rumbling and the flowers start to bloom.
