This special seasonal gathering offers a quiet pause in the midst of December. As we approach Christmas, this evening is designed to help you slow down, settle your energy and reconnect with yourself.

We begin with festive ceremonial cacao, shared with intention to support openness, warmth and grounding.

You’ll then be guided through a gentle meditation to help you drop into your body and release the busyness of the day. The session closes with a restorative sound bath, allowing you to sink into deep rest and receive the soothing support of sound.

This space is for anyone seeking calm, reflection and a moment to breathe before the pace of the season increases.

This is open to both men and women, no experience is necessary.
