Embodied Gaia SAH/Reiki Session

Your body is your greatest teacher, it holds your truth, your emotions and your power. When you move with the intention, you awaken everything that’s been waiting to be felt, heard and released. This class is designed to help you drop out of your mind and into your body. Through movement, breath, mantra, raw vocalization, and emotional activations, you will feel what’s been held up inside and remember what it feels like to be fully alive. We will close the evening with a Reiki and sound healing to help integrate, ground, and restore balance within.
