Join us for an intimate and nourishing evening where breathwork and sound healing meet - two powerful practices woven together to gently guide you home to yourself.

We’ll begin with Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), a simple yet profound somatic practice that links the inhale and exhale into one continuous, flowing rhythm. This style of breathing helps quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and bring you into deeper presence with your body and emotions.

Led by Yasmin, an experienced, trauma-informed practitioner, this breath journey offers a loving and spacious container to soften, release, and listen within. As you breathe with intention, you may feel layers of tension dissolve, your heart expand, and a sense of inner ease begin to emerge.

CCB is widely used to support the body’s innate capacity to heal, enriching physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

After breathwork, we’ll pause for a moment to integrate—time to sip tea, share if you wish, and settle gently back into yourself.
Then you’ll be invited to lie down and receive a crystalline sound bath with Jessika. This deeply restorative experience uses frequency and vibration to soothe the system. The breathwork opens the body beautifully, allowing the healing tones of sound to land with even greater clarity and depth.

This evening is an invitation to both do and receive, to connect consciously and restore softly. Whether you’re new to this work or returning to deepen your practice, you are warmly welcomed.
