Rather than force or manipulation, the session invites the body’s own innate wisdom to lead, allowing whatever is ready to shift to do so safely and organically.The spine is the centre of this energetic and physical network. It connects the loops of the nervous system and gives us access to what has been held for years—stress, emotional memory, trauma, and tension.Spinal Energetics™ supports the nervous system to soften, reorganise, and reconnect from the inside out. It is deeply somatic work—bringing awareness back into the body so you can move from coping and bracing into presence, regulation, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself.Breathwork + Sound BathSound and breath are powerful allies for the nervous system.
