The panel is comprised of Scotland-based experts: Dr Maha Rafi Atal (University of Glasgow), Dr Julia Calvert (University of Edinburgh), Dr Ben Cormier (University of Strathclyde), and Frances Guy (Scotland’s International Development Alliance), and is chaired by Professor Juliet Kaarbo (Scottish Council on Global Affairs/University of St Andrews).Please note: this event includes a roundtable, which is scheduled to last until 5.15pm, followed by a reception.
