We have added a second date for you to find stillness. 

The Perfect Pause invites you to slow down, soften and reconnect with your inner rhythm.  That quiet space where balance is restored and clarity returns.

Tonight you’ll be guided through gentle Yin and Restorative postures, supported by props with candlelight, and an open fire, encouraging the the release of tension and a nourishing of your nervous system. Closing practice with a glorious Sound Bath with Rabin’s expanding healing Orchestra of Sound.  Our bodies and minds are invited throughout to be still, conserving energy, listening inward and trusting the wisdom of rest.

This workshop offers a sanctuary between seasons, a time to rest, reflect and realign before stepping into the New Year with ease. Winter is the season, where stillness becomes your strength.

A beautiful time of the year to pause, replenish, reflect and renew and come together.
