Sri Lankan cookery workshop

We will spend a relaxed afternoon in our modern spacious kitchen making a number of classic Sri Lankan dishes likely including jaffna chicken, kale mallum, ala thel dala, kiri hodi and carrot sambal.

Dietary information: This class can be adapted for most diets provided we are given plenty of notice of all dietary requirements and/or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking.
