This is a gentle, nurturing 90-minute small group session designed for mums who need to pause, breathe and reconnect to themselves. 🫶✨ Expect soft, restorative yoga, a guided meditation, soothing sound bath, and time for tea and honest connection with other lovely mums.
This has been a vision that’s been close to my heart for some time and I can’t wait hold this monthly space just for you 🫶
Mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and pillows will be provided. If you would like to be extra cosy please bring an extra blanket and warm socks/cosy jumper.
Please note: studio located on the first floor without lift access.

This session is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, less than 6 weeks postpartum (or 10–12 weeks after a C-section), or anyone with pacemakers, epilepsy, sound sensitivity, ear/sinus infections or serious medical conditions without prior medical advice.
If you have any health concerns or injuries, please let me know before attending so I can ensure the session is safe and supportive for you. Always listen to your body and rest whenever needed. 🤍
