Our beginner’s training is structured into three 8-week blocks.
Classes run Mondays 8-10pm (in-person), Tuesdays 6-8pm (virtual), and Fridays 8-10pm (in-person) in Glasgow City Centre.

Each block concludes with an assessment. If you pass, you'll be invited to progress to the next block.

Once you've completed all three blocks, you’ll graduate to our main class.

- Discounted seminars
- Unrivalled opportunities to grow within professional wrestling
