If you do not wish to be photographed we will respect your wishes – please feel welcome to use our ‘No Photos’ stickers available at the welcome desk.Ticket costTickets will be available to book on Eventbrite from 12th June, or you can email glasgow@lgbthealth.org.uk or call 0141 255 1767.Whilst we do not want cost to be a barrier to attending, we ask that when you book on Eventbrite, you make a donation of £5 per person if you are able. Cash/card/contactless donations can be made upon entry.If you’re not able to donate, we don’t want that to stop you joining us – please do select the option for free tickets if you’re not able to donate.If you feel you can, you are also welcome to ‘pay it forward’ and donate a little more, to cover the cost of a ticket for someone in our community who isn’t able to donate right now. This is a great way to support our community and help us to have more events like this.Donations help cover costs for this event and also mean we can host more events like this in the future.Although most of our events are oversubscribed, meaning many people miss out on a space, “no shows” can be up to 50%. We therefore ask if your plans change or you no longer feel like joining, you cancel your ticket to allow us to give it to someone else. Please note that if you “no show” to 3 events in 3 months you may be placed on temporary restriction from being able to register for other upcoming events.
