Emma Wiley – Managing Director, ACS Group
Emma will share her personal journey with mental well-being and discuss the evolution of wellbeing training in construction and engineering, highlighting how ACS developed a sector-specific approach to reduce stress-related illness—benefiting both employees and business performance.
Gordon McIntyre, MBE – Chairman & Founder, Hospitality Health
Gordon will explain why he launched a mental health support service tailored for hospitality workers, focusing on how it helps businesses support staff well-being and how technology extends the reach of his services.
