This class will help you understand different types of boundaries and explore how to set healthy boundaries in your life.
This class is for adults, aged 18+ and is delivered by Lifelink. All Lifelink courses are delivered within a group environment so you must be willing to participate in group exercises. Course facilitators are extremely experienced however they are not trained counsellors and so are not able to offer individual therapeutic support.
The Nook from SAMH provides barrier-free access to mental health support, with no need to book an appointment, no need for referrals, and no waiting lists. Anyone looking for support can walk through the door and get help fast.
