• Bowness-on-Windermere: Free time to walk along the shores of Lake Windermere and its picturesque harbour, take a stroll in the town centre and enjoy visiting the souvenir shops and cafe shops and you will also have the option to also take a cruise on the lake if you like (optional).
• Brantfell: Join your tour guide hiking one of the best tracks and admire breathtaking views overlooking the lake, islands and dramatic mountains.

About the Tour

The adventure continues with a scenic hike to Brantfell, a popular walking trail that rewards you with unforgettable panoramic views — so beautiful, you won’t want to leave! If you're a fan of classic children's tales, don't miss the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, a magical stop for book lovers and nostalgia seekers alike. This tour also includes visits to the Scottish Borders and the romantic village of Gretna Green, making it a perfect mix of nature, culture, and history.

Lunch / Things to bring with you

There will be time for a lunch break in restaurants, however, you can also bring your own packed lunch. Bring with you lots of smiles, a camera, warm clothes, proper walking / hiking shoes, an ID, a bottle of water and snacks. We will also have tea/coffee and toilet breaks throughout the journey.
