Handcrafted pasta making workshop

In this class, you will mix, knead and shape authentic pasta dough. We will then practise pasta-making skills using garganelli boards, manual rollers and cutters to hand roll and craft a variety of pasta shapes.

We will also prepare a selection of fresh ricotta, pesto and pomodoro to accompany your handmade pastas.

Dietary information: This class is suitable for vegetarian diets; the menu contains eggs, dairy and gluten. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
