Tommy, the founder of The Sonic Den (est. 2022), is a former international touring musician, current educational music specialist, and fully certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner. Blending over 30 years of professional and personal musical experience with grounded therapeutic intention, The Sonic Den offers sessions that feel safe, held, and expansive.

After a short guided arrival, you’ll be immersed in a carefully curated meditative sound journey featuring singing bowls, handpan, flutes, shamanic drum, chimes, softly sung mantra-style vocals and much more...
