Join me for a deep and nourishing breathwork ritual — part of the Flow into Stillness series — where we explore acceptance through the transformative practice of Conscious Connected Breathing.
This 75-minute session is an invitation to soften, to feel, and to meet yourself exactly where you are. Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a macropractice — a powerful tool that allows you to dive beneath the surface of thought and into the body’s wisdom. Through a continuous, circular breath, we gently open the door to sensation, emotion, and release.
You’ll be guided through a grounding arc of breath, movement, and integration — held in a safe, intentional space designed for nervous system regulation and emotional ease.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or a regular breather, this session meets you where you are. No experience needed — just a willingness to breathe and be.
