The conversation will explore their perspectives on the evolving place of the UK – and Scotland – in Europe, and on the role that legal institutions, ideas, and individuals can play at a time of uncertain geopolitics.The event offers a unique opportunity to engage with two leading figures in European law, whose work has shaped legal thinking and practice in the UK and beyond.
