* CANCELLED* EMPYRE - 2nd May 2026 - Audio Glasgow

Empyre are on the rise. Signed to Kscope in 2022, they released their second electric album Relentless in March 2023. This followed Self Aware (2019) and The Other Side (2021). Living up to their own album title, their relentless release schedule resulted in four albums in five years with the 2024 release of Live & Unplugged.

Sonically, Empyre perform intense, atmospheric rock, with a dark and introspective edge to their writing. In the words of the BBC their music ranges from “Triumphant, chest beating rock” to more subtle but just as arresting numbers inviting you to do the deepest of soul searching.

Just as adept performing “unplugged” as they are fully electric Empyre continue to release music and sell out shows in both formats. 2025 kicked off with a sold out, 2 night residency in London and saw them tour Great Britain three times, including the resounding success of their Waking Light headline tour.
