Ecstatic Dance: Move Freely, Feel Deeply, Come Home to Yourself

Ecstatic dance invites you to move however you feel. Whether you're dancing in stillness or shaking with abandon, the only rule is to stay present and stay true to your body.

We begin with somatic practices to open up the body, and connection exercises within the community. From there, the energy builds slowly—layer by layer—rising into intensity, rhythm, and collective expression, before returning to stillness and integration. This arc is intentionally designed to support a natural process of release, where emotion, energy, and story can move through you and transform.

This is a non-verbal, substance-free, judgment-free environment. You are welcome here exactly as you are—whether you're alone or with others, expressive or inward. Consent and respect are core values, and connection is always optional and always mutual.
