- **Event Description**: A weekend of dance and meditation - taking an embodied approach to the traditional Buddhist teaching of the four foundations of mindfulness - of body, feelings, mind and awareness.

We’ll practice slowing down and sensing into the subtle details of arising experience in dance and meditation, weaving between and combining these two aspects of practice – movement and stillness – to explore and deepen qualities of presence and aliveness.

Each day will include dance, guided meditation and opportunities to connect with other participants. The dance will usually be with music and will involve guided exploration, exercises and time to follow your own experience in movement.

The retreat is fully catered, with a simple supper on Friday evening, lunch on Saturday and Sunday and tea/coffee and snacks - all vegetarian (vegan and gluten-free options).
