This is an activating breath which can bring about relaxation, a variety of emotions, physical sensations, processing, thoughts, images, ideas and a sense of connection.You can come as a complete beginner as I will be there to guide you through the whole process. All genders are welcome to attend. Mats, blankets and pillows will be provided for your comfort so you can show up as you are.I will be guiding your session and holding the space as you breathe.
