Candlelit Yin Yoga & Sound Bath with Val & Rabin

Join Val & Rabin for a grounding and intimate evening of deep rest and soul-soothing sound.

Tonight we are inviting you to slow all the way down. Begining with 60 minutes of candlelit Yin yoga, guided into long-held floor poses with the support of bolsters, blankets, and soft breath, a ritual of release and reconnection.As your body unwinds, you’ll transition seamlessly into stillness, wrapped in comfort for a 60-minute live sound bath. An orchestra of various bowls, gongs, chimes, and all the rest of Rabin’s sacred instruments will wash through the space, inviting you into a state of deep calm and inner spaciousness.

Come exactly as you are .We all need a night like this, can’t wait to share. Let tonight practice be an offering, a quiet thank you or a gentle prayer of peace.
