No experience necessary.Many find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance - but the invitation is simply to rest.What to bringPlease bring a mat and a blanket if you have them, a limited number of spares are availableWarm layers or socks are recommendedA water bottle, a pillow and an eye mask are all optional but worth havingThere is plenty of free on-street parking near the hallAccess and anything elseThere is a ramp that can be put in place if you need step-free access — just get in touch and I will have it ready for you when you arriveChairs are available if you would rather not lie on the floorYou are very welcome to come along if you are pregnantThere is no minimum age, but everyone needs to be able to settle quietly for the 90 minutes, so please use your judgement with childrenAny questions at all, including about the volume, just email iain@glasgowsoundbath.comImportantDoors close at 7:35pm and late entry will not be possible, so please arrive in good time.I'll email you before the event with everything else you need to know.PricingSliding scale tickets are available at £20 / £25 / £30.
