50th Annual Fun Float on the Staunton River - FLOAT DAY!

This event is typically held the fourth Saturday of June. From Long Island VA to Brookneal VA.
The Long Island Ruritans are excited to be sponsoring the 50th year of the Fun Float on the Staunton River.

Please note, the Renegade River Runners are not "Hosting" this or any other event. We are merely putting this up as a reminder that this is the usual date for the annual Fun Float. If you do decide to float, please observe any recommendations in place on that date.

They’ve made great improvements to the park in the last few years, and are excited for everyone to see it! Please call the Campbell County Recreation Department at 434-332-9570 for camping information and to obtain permits.

FYI - For those that are counting...This will be the Long Island Ruritan's Club 50th annual fun float. The fourth Saturday of June since 1976!
