🧘♀️Yin Anatomy: Bones, Fascia & Nervous System
🧘♀️Subtle Anatomy of Yin: Qi/Chi, Meridian Theory, Prana & Nadis
🧘♀️The Yin Postures & Archetypes
🧘♀️Sequencing & Modifications
🧘♀️Concentration, Meditation & Mindfulness
🧘♀️Integration & Practice Teaching
PRE-REQUISITES:
• 200-hour RYT or currently attending
• 6 Yin Classes from a variety of teachers, if possible.

$395 Early-bird/$495 after February 1st, 2026.
