Vibe and Stride

This monthly youth and families Sunday afternoon walk is all about unwinding, recharging, and finding strength in community no pressure, just good vibes.

Join Stride and Vibe a new walking group taking a step toward to promote better mental health this October, until the end of the year.

📍 Meet at the Waterfall at East Shores

Whether you're going through a tough time or just need a breather, Stride & Vibe is a welcoming space to walk it out, talk it out, or just vibe in good company.


We'll be walking every third Sunday of the month until the end of 2025! Mark your calendars and come along whenever you need a breather or want to connect.
