Tai Chi for Stick Fighters

Tai Chi is more than a moving meditation or health practice. Each form is a martial arts system, and the movements have many applications in self-defense. In this seminar, you will learn how to use basic Tai Chi movements and pushing hands (Tuishou) practice to enhance your Arnis practice. All levels are welcome.
