The present moment is where our freedom lives. When we stop clinging to the past and when we release fear of the future, we discover the miracle of this present moment. We can come alive with peace in this breath, this moment. The miracle is that this moment is more than enough.

Companion Wednesday evening class available for those wishing to go deeper. 7PM. Childcare available.
