This is so much more than just a breathwork session.  It is a step into an inner sanctuary where your breath becomes medicine, sound becomes freedom, and creativity becomes a bridge back to your TRUE-SELF.

In this INNER AWAKENING workshop, you’ll be guided through transformative breathwork to clear tension and awaken your energy. You’ll explore mantras and vocal toning, allowing vibration to melt away heaviness and re-tune your inner frequency to your innate healing capabilities.

Then, you’ll channel your experience into artful expression through either painting, drawing, or even scribbling, connecting with the heart to integrate and anchor your healing into something tangible and meaningful to you.  (NOTE: This is not about being a good, or not good, painter/artist.  It is about expressing in a way that allows for integration).

No experience is needed.  Just have an open willingness to show up for yourself, by allowing yourself to receive the innate healing power that lies within.
