This Youth Week program has been designed specifically for local youth (aged 12 to 25yo) who have an interest in Mountain Biking as a social activity.

The workshop will coach the participants through safe riding techniques and etiquette, needed to navigate features commonly found at our local mountain bike trails. We will also provide guidance on basic bike safety checks and equipment care.

It is very hands on and there will be plenty of opportunity to build your confidence in a safe and encouraging environment.

For insurance purposes, this clinic will be run as a sanctioned AusCycling "Come and Try" session.

What to bring:
* Your own bike (in good working order)
* Safety equipment - helmet and gloves
* Any other safety equipment you may want to wear
* Camelbak (or similar) hydration pack
* Printed and signed social media consent form
* A spare tube for your bike (just in case)

What to wear:
* Comfortable, loose fitting clothing
* Closed in shoes

Food:
* All food and drinks are supplied.
* Please let us know when registering if you have any dietary requirements.
