Event Details: • Date: November 8, 2025 • Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Location: Elevate Worship Center – 401 N. Lee Dr. Gladewater, TX 75647 • Booth Fee: o 10 ft. x 10 ft. Retail Vendor Space - $20.00 o 10 ft. x 10 ft. Public Service / Business Advertisement- $15.00 • Application Due Date: November 2, 2025 Rules (Please read carefully) • For Food Vendors: You must obtain & display your permits, disclosures and tax id’s as applicable • Vendors may bring canopies with weighted anchors, (no staking pavement), banner, tables, chairs, source of power & extension cords) • Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown and attendance of booths during the event • No sale of lewd/inappropriate merchandise. This is a family festival. • Setup: Saturday 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM. All vehicles must be out of festival area by 8:30 AM and vendors ready for service by 9:00 AM. • Breakdown: 3:00 PM – No one will be allowed to breakdown before 3:00 PM. • Vendor Fees are non-refundable. Fees are necessary for production and promotion of the event. PROMOTION: We will be posting on social media groups, posters & flyers at public announcement areas & storefronts.
