Bruno returns to Uddebo for another weekend of deep exploration into the subtle energy body through the principle of Qi — breath, vital energy, and life force.

Whether you’re new to the practice or an experienced practitioner, this gathering is an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together.

We are honoured to welcome our teacher and friend Khien Phuc, also known as Bruno — an experienced Qi Gong teacher from Cambodia and France.

Over the weekend, we will explore the foundations of this ancient practice: deepening our breath, embodying presence, and cultivating inner balance.
To support this journey, we’ll share delicious meals, music, jam sessions, and sauna.

✨ About Bruno ✨
Bruno has practiced and taught external Vietnamese Kung Fu, internal Tai Chi, and Qi Gong for over 40 years. His Qi Gong classes focus on energetic and physical harmonization — regulating the organs through deep breathing and expansive, flowing movement.

✨ About Qi Gong ✨
Qi Gong means working with and mastering energy.
Rooted in traditional Asian culture, it combines movement, posture, breath, and focused intention to enhance well-being, promote health, and balance body, breath, and mind.
This practice is open to everyone, regardless of age or experience, and requires no special physical condition.
