Whether you're a competitive rider, Adult Riding Club member, Pony Club rider, trail rider, parent, coach or volunteer, this inspiring day has been designed to support every equestrian, regardless of age, discipline or experience.

Throughout the day, you'll hear from experienced presenters covering topics such as:

🐴 Building confidence and resilience

🧠 Managing nerves, pressure and performance mindset

💪 Rider fitness, movement and wellbeing

🥗 Nutrition for riders

🤝 Creating a positive and supportive equestrian community

This is a non-riding educational event—no horses are required—making it accessible to everyone interested in improving their wellbeing and enjoyment of our sport.

📍 Venue: IR Robertson Reserve, 340 Couangalt Road, Gisborne South

🎟 Cost: FREE, ticketed event for all equestrians across the Macedon Ranges, thanks to funding from Macedon Ranges Shire Council.
