Jacopo will be guiding us step-by-step through the 'art' of making a Johnson-Su composting system, which is a low-tech, non-turned, aerobic bioreactor that produces highly fungal-dominant, nutrient-rich compost in 9–12 months. The system fosters diverse microbiology—crucial for soil health—without odors or pests. Open to all those who are passionate about improving soil structure and growing healthy kai!


This workshop spans 9-3pm. Price includes a yum lunch of hot soup and sourdough ;)
