1. **General Refunds**: - All festival tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the festival is canceled or significantly changed (see below). 2. **Cancellation**: - If the festival is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Please note that processing fees and service charges are non-refundable. - Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the official cancellation announcement. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.
