Learn to Make Authentic Japanese Sweets Using Simple, Easy-to-Find Ingredients!
This class isn’t just about experiencing Japanese desserts — it’s about learning how to recreate them at home with confidence.
Families are warmly welcome — children can join too! 👨👩👧🍡
Each participant will make 2 Ichigo Daifuku (strawberry mochi) and 10 bite-sized Choco Mochi. 🍓🍫
If you have any questions after the class, feel free to ask in the event page comments — we want to make sure you can enjoy making these again at home!
In our classes, I try to focus on using natural Japanese ingredients to create healthy and delicious treats.
We avoid GMOs and artificial additives so you can enjoy sweets that are both safe and tasty. 🌿

🍓 Ichigo Daifuku (Strawberry Mochi)
Learn how to make soft, chewy mochi from scratch.
Wrap sweet red bean paste and fresh strawberries beautifully inside.
🍫 Choco Mochi (Chocolate Mochi Bites)
Make mini mochi filled with chocolate — a fun and unique dessert twist!
