・This class isn’t just about experiencing Japanese cooking—it’s about learning how to recreate these dishes at home on your own.		
・After cooking, we’ll all enjoy the meal together, so lunch is included. Any leftover food can be taken home.		
・If you have any questions after the class, feel free to ask! We want to ensure you can successfully recreate these dishes at home.
・In my classes, I strive to use organic or pesticide-free vegetables, or locally sourced produce from Okinawa. I also aim to use natural Japanese ingredients to create healthy and delicious meals.		
・I avoid GMOs and artificial seasonings as much as possible, so you can enjoy food that’s both safe and tasty.

? Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken)
Learn how to make one of Japan’s most loved home-style dishes—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You’ll practice simple, reliable techniques so you can confidently recreate delicious karaage in your own kitchen.

? Onigiri (Rice Balls)
Learn how to shape and prepare delicious rice balls with a variety of fillings. Onigiri are perfect for everyday meals, bento lunches, or picnics, and you’ll discover easy tips for forming them beautifully and keeping them tasty.
