The Lecture is given by Professional Bodybuilder Coach Dee, she brings over a decate of knowledge studies and application on how to sustain your energy and life a fulfilled life. The 1st Born 1st Gen Mexican American know what it is like to never be able to ask for help, so she figured how to do the work of transformation.
