She teaches a range of dance styles, musical theatre and SEND classes, and we’re so excited for her to lead this new session. This summer, the AMG team have trained in something new, and we think it could be a wonderful addition for our Home Ed families. 🌈 We’re proud to bring AMG Children’s Yoga sessions to Medway, licensed by Kidz4 β€” an award-winning company whose sessions have supported thousands of children. Our Family Movement & Mindfulness sessions will include: 🌟 Movement & creative exploration 🌟 Fun games and activities 🌟 Props and imaginative play 🌟 Creating shapes and movements 🌟 Breathing & relaxation 🌟 Confidence and wellbeing 🌟 Opportunities for family connection 🌟 Lots of FUN! ❀️ And most importantly β€” there is no pressure.
