2 hours of immersive learning of breathworks, meridian tracing, sounding & energetic activation techniques, that are designed to help your body feel, connect & even heal your mind, body & energy systems. This part of the workshop is even great to do with a partner or friend as you will get the opportunity to also do paired partner techniques, so not only do you get to learn these for yourself, you get to learn them for relationships.
Energy isn't just silent, sometimes its has a sound, an action, & sometimes a breath, a yes, & intention is all it takes to heal & reconnect to our most natural resonance.
