Welcome to SKILLS THAT STICK! Join us at The Healing House for a workshop designed to equip emerging and practicing mental health professionals with practical strategies for teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to teens. Participants will learn how to introduce and adapt DBT skills in developmentally appropriate ways, engage teens through creative and relatable teaching methods, and manage common challenges in skill delivery.
