- **Event Description**: Do you live with a chronic health challenge such as anxiety, depression, pain or insomnia? Do you live in a state of fear and hypervigilance? Or maybe your stress stems from juggling work or parenthood? Do you experience job/career dissatisfaction and not sure what to do about it? Are you wanting to deepen your spirituality?

??Then, join me on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 630-8pm in a calming and restorative experience. Class will alternate between sound healing to a combo experience (yoga nidra + sound healing). Yoga nidra is a sleep-based form of meditation. No matter the month, the journey will support and strengthen your physical health, your mental and emotional wellbeing, and your spirituality.

During the month where yoga nidra is included, the class will start with Sarah using her voice to guide attendees through breathwork, guided imagery and physical relaxation techniques. The experience evolves to incorporate deeply relaxing vibrational sounds.

Both healing modalities help one's brain waves slowdown from beta to the alpha/theta zone. This is where the magic happens as the body has dipped into a profound state of relaxation. 
?The opportunity to release chronic stress, balance your nervous system and hormones - all necessary for managing a chronic health condition. 
?Begin to heal from past trauma by releasing emotions and calming the amygdala, the Fight or Flight center of the brain. 
?Ultimately, you will be guided back to your true nature. A place where you experience unconditional love and acceptance. 
?You will leave class feeling recentered- ready to embrace your daily life. And experiencing stillness will help you tap into clarity and purpose about how to live your most authentic life.

This class is held at ReNew Wellness in Gilbert, a center serving the mental health community with cutting edge modalities such as ketamine therapy and TMS Therapy.  Class is open to the community.  Space allowed for 18. Please arrive 10-15 min early to get settled. I will greet you in the lobby.

ReNew Wellness is located on 2nd floor of building. May use elevator or stairs.
3 recline chairs available ~ first come, first serve.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and water. 
Head pillow, eye pillow and knee bolsters are offered
