Jolabokaflod at the Bookshop

Jólabókaflóð is the Icelandic tradition of the "Christmas Book Flood," where people exchange books as gifts on Christmas Eve and spend the evening reading and enjoying chocolate. It began during World War II when paper was one of the few available commodities, but it has since become a beloved modern tradition that celebrates literature and spending cozy time with loved ones.
